Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel up to 48 hours in advance. Communication must be given within this time frame to be eligible for a rescheduled appointment. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you do not cancel within this time frame, we cannot guarantee a reschedule. It is important that the client reads the description of services that they are booking. Obsession Beauty Bar is not responsible for deposits paid for services that clients did not comprehend and is compliant with all inquiries. Card on file is NEVER charged by Obsession Beauty Bar via website unless requested via signed waiver. Remaining service payments are due at the time of the appointment via Zelle, ApplePay, Cashapp, or Cash. Utilizing this site automatically serves as a placeholder of agreement to this policy. Note that you may be considered a no-show client if you are late past 15 minutes with no communication and subject to charge of service and client can rebook after a period of (7) days.
